Our KDP guarantee

If KDP rejects the files we deliver because of a formatting problem, we fix them free. If we can't fix them within 7 days, you get a full refund.

Cancelling an order

If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@picturebookproof.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and, if it applies, KDP's rejection message. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

The checker is free, so there's nothing to refund.
